I diagnose the real problem in days, hand you the plan, and drive the change.
I have spent my career leading finance inside consumer businesses, from global, multi-brand operations to founder-led companies scaling at speed, across Europe, Asia and the Gulf.
What I have learned is that financial problems rarely start in finance. Cash pressure can begin in demand planning. Margin erosion in pricing or product mix. An unreliable forecast can expose a deeper disconnect between teams, data and decisions.
I have worked through growth, fundraising and turnaround situations, including leading finance at global scale and rebuilding performance in businesses under pressure. Today, I bring that operating experience to CEOs, CFOs and management teams facing a specific finance challenge.
My role is to find where the problem really starts, make it clear, and work alongside the team to fix it.
One precise problem. A short intervention. A measurable exit. You buy outcomes, not headcount.
You arrive with a fuzzy problem: "we burn cash", "we can't price". We audit quickly and name the real root cause, which usually sits one step upstream of where it hurts.
A short, prioritized action plan. What to fix, in what order, and what each fix is worth. No hundred-page report.
I set the cadence, name who executes, and follow the plan through, especially when you don't have the time or the team to carry it alone.
The problem is rarely where it hurts.
Scaling €100k → €7M in five years; cash leaving faster than sales brought it in, with working-capital financing tightening.
Traced the burn upstream. Vials and glass were purchased against a demand estimate with no method. Rebuilt the chain: demand read → production forecast → purchase plan.
Purchasing slowed to match real demand; burn came down. Later missions recruited and onboarded their finance director and supported two successive fundraises.
A consumer-goods company in structural decline. Sixteen consecutive loss-making quarters.
Rapid diagnosis, then an 18-action plan, priced, sequenced and owned, executed at fixed cadence with the management team.
Two consecutive profitable quarters within eighteen months; full-year trend upward.
No method to price engagements; the same work made or lost money deal by deal, unpredictably.
Built a pricing method anchored to the value delivered per engagement.
Pricing became a decision instead of a guess.
Thirty minutes on your numbers and your symptom. You leave with a first read on where the real problem sits, whether or not we work together.
One precise problem: cash burn, pricing, stock, a deal you can't judge alone. Diagnosis, action plan, and execution support until it's fixed.
For brands in take-off. Ten hours a month of finance judgment at the board level, and the hard questions your cap table isn't asking.
A focused conversation. No pitch deck. Thirty minutes to understand fit, and you'll leave with a first read either way.
